Art Coordinator, Web Series (Miami)

When a seemingly ordinary high school debate team uncovers a conspiracy, they must use their wit and charm to expose the truth without getting expelled. We're an independent production seeking a talented mid-level Art Coordinator for an upcoming comedic web series, shooting in Miami. The tone is sharp, fast-paced, and visually driven, blending youthful energy with subtle, character-focused set design. We need someone who can help bring our vibrant world to life through set dressing, props management, and general art department coordination. This is a great opportunity to contribute creatively to a dynamic project with a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include sourcing and tracking props, managing set dressing on location, assisting the Production Designer, and ensuring continuity across scenes. You should have a good eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and experience working on independent productions. Experience with prop procurement and location dressing is essential. A portfolio or examples of previous art department work are appreciated. We anticipate prep work starting around October 16, 2026, with principal photography scheduled for approximately 8-10 shoot days, spread across two to three weeks, typically 10-12 hour days. You will work closely with the Production Designer and other crew members. Compensation is $250/day flat, paid weekly. We will provide all necessary materials and a clear vision for the aesthetic.
