Art Department for Commercial

We’re producing an upbeat, visually rich commercial for a national hospitality brand and seeking a talented Art Coordinator to join our independent production. This piece will focus on dynamic sets and vibrant styling to convey a sense of modern luxury and comfort. You’ll be essential in managing art department logistics, procuring props, assisting with set dressing, and tracking budgets. This includes coordinating deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring all art department elements are ready for filming. We need someone with a strong sense of organization, an eye for detail, and 3-5 years of experience in commercial art departments. Access to a reliable vehicle is required for local pickups. This is a deferred compensation role (points plus deferred pay). Shoot dates are approximately 1-2 days in early September 2026, with prep starting about a week prior. We’re aiming for 10-12 hour days. Lunch and snacks will be provided on set. Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
