Art Assistant for Commercial Shoot

An independent production team is seeking an enthusiastic Art Assistant to join our crew for an upcoming commercial project. This particular commercial is for an athletic wear brand, featuring a clean, dynamic, and modern aesthetic with a focus on practical, minimalist set designs. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a willingness to jump in on all aspects of art department work. Key responsibilities include assisting with prop sourcing and returns, helping with set dressing and strike, organizing and tracking art department inventory, and general on-set support to the Art Director. While specific commercial experience is a plus, a strong portfolio showcasing any relevant art or design work is welcome, as is a good attitude. No personal gear is required, we provide all necessary tools. We anticipate a 1-2 day prep period in mid October 2026, followed by a 2-day shoot, also in mid October 2026, with typical 10-12 hour days. Compensation is $200-400 per day, dependent on experience.
