Art Department for Music Video

An independent production is seeking a skilled Set Decorator to join our art department for an exciting new music video. We're crafting a visually striking, high-energy pop track with a surreal, dreamy aesthetic, blending vibrant colors with unexpected textures. This project offers a fantastic opportunity to bring a unique vision to life and make a significant visual impact. You'll be working closely with me, the Art Director, to source, select, and arrange all set dressing elements, ensuring they align perfectly with the overall artistic concept. Key responsibilities include prop sourcing, dressing set pieces, managing inventory, and collaborating with the production designer and prop master. While we don't expect you to bring your own decor, strong knowledge of vendors and rental houses is a big plus. Experience on music videos or commercial shoots is preferred, but we're open to passionate individuals at any career stage with a strong portfolio showcasing your eye for detail and design. Prep work will be approximately 3 weeks of work, starting in mid October 2026, followed by a 1-2 day shoot, also in mid October 2026.
