Art Director, Corporate Video (Mexico City)
Our upcoming corporate video, focused on showcasing innovative urban development projects in Mexico City, requires an experienced Art Director. This project blends a modern, clean aesthetic with dynamic storytelling to highlight sustainability and community impact. We're looking for someone who can translate complex concepts into visually engaging and polished environments, emphasizing a forward-thinking tone. As Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing all visual elements on set. This includes set dressing, props, color schemes, and ensuring continuity across scenes. You will work closely with the Director and DP to bring the creative vision to life within practical constraints. Key responsibilities include creating mood boards, sourcing and managing props and set pieces, and directing a small local art team. Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Lead Set Dresser on corporate or commercial productions. A strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated design sensibility and an understanding of corporate branding is essential. You must be able to work efficiently, adapt to changes, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. You should be prepared to bring your own basic tool kit for set dressing and light construction. This is a senior role. We anticipate approximately 1-2 days of prep work followed by a 2-day shoot. Shoot dates are tentatively set for October 2026, with an estimated 10-12 hour shoot day. We will provide a local art assistant and a budget for materials and rentals. Compensation is $250/day flat. Please submit your reel or portfolio and resume by November 1, 2026.
