Art Coordinator, Corporate Video

Shooting in Vancouver BC starting the last week of August 2026, we're seeking an Art Coordinator for an independent corporate video production. This project is a series of engaging, short form instructional videos for a tech client, focusing on a clean, modern aesthetic. It's a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with set dressing, prop management, and assisting the production designer on a professional set. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude. You'll be responsible for organizing props, maintaining set continuity, light set dressing, and assisting with art department logistics. While entry level, some previous set experience, even student films, is a plus. You should have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with some physical work. We'll provide a vehicle for art department runs and all necessary tools. This is paid work, approximately 3 weeks of work total, with typical 10-12 hour days. No need for a reel, but please send a brief cover letter outlining your interest and any relevant experience.
