Art Coordinator, Corporate Video NOLA

Art Coordinator, we need your organizational skills and creative eye for an upcoming corporate video project here in New Orleans. This is a mid-level opportunity within an independent production, focusing on a visually engaging, somewhat stylized narrative for a local business. The tone will be professional yet dynamic, aiming to showcase innovation and community connection. We're looking for someone who can help bring a polished, cohesive aesthetic to our sets. Key responsibilities include coordinating art department purchases and rentals, managing the department budget with the Art Director, overseeing set dressing and props, and ensuring continuity. You'll be instrumental in translating design concepts into practical on-set execution. We anticipate a 10-12 day shoot around mid September 2026, preceded by about 3 weeks of prep work. This is a partnership opportunity, offering co-producer credit and a backend percentage. We're seeking someone with 3-5 years of art department experience, ideally with some coordination background. While we'll provide major equipment and a budget, having access to your own tools or prop kit is a plus. Please share your reel or a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
