Art Coordinator, Feature Film

Seeking an Art Coordinator to join our independent feature film production in Los Angeles. We need someone who can hit the ground running with organizing set decoration, props, and art department logistics for a dark comedy with elements of magical realism. This film is a quirky character study, so attention to detail in creating believable, lived-in environments is key. You'll be responsible for managing inventory, tracking rentals, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and supporting our production designer and art director. This involves a lot of communication, so strong organizational and interpersonal skills are a must. Experience in art department coordination or a similar role is preferred, but we're open to enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic. You don't need to provide any gear for this role. Shoot dates are approximately early September 2026 for about 20-25 days, with prep starting in mid-August. Hours will be standard 12-hour days, sometimes more during crunch time. Lunch and snacks will be provided on set. Compensation TBD based on experience.
