Art Coordinator, Indie Feature (LA)

Shooting in Los Angeles, CA this October 2026, we are seeking an Art Coordinator for an independent feature film. This project is a gritty, character-driven drama exploring themes of survival and resilience. It's a visually impactful story that relies on grounded, authentic production design to heighten its emotional stakes. We're looking for someone who can help keep the art department running smoothly, allowing our small but dedicated team to focus on the creative. Expect about 3-4 weeks of prep starting in September 2026, followed by a 4-week shoot. Key responsibilities include managing art department logistics, tracking budgets, coordinating rentals, liaising with other departments, and assisting the Production Designer with administrative tasks. You'll need solid organizational skills and a proactive attitude. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 feature film credits in a similar role. While we are an independent production, you'll be part of a passionate crew dedicated to making this film happen. Compensation is deferred, with a backend percentage.
