Art Department for Corporate Video

Seeking an Art Coordinator for approximately 3 weeks of work, starting around September 15, 2026, at a rate of $2000-$3000 NZD per week, based on experience. We're an independent production working on a corporate video for a well-known tech company. The project focuses on innovation and sustainability, so we need a clean, modern aesthetic with some unique, creative touches to bring life to what could otherwise be a dry subject. We aim for a polished, aspirational tone. Your main deliverable will be coordinating all art department elements for this upcoming project. Key responsibilities include sourcing props and set dressing, managing the art budget, assisting with set construction, and coordinating with the Director and DP to achieve the desired visual style. This is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in bringing the vision to life. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in film or commercial art departments, ideally with some corporate video experience. A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your past work is essential. While we provide a budget for all necessary items, having your own basic toolkit is a plus. Shoot dates are expected to be 4-5 days within the 3-week period, with the rest dedicated to prep and wrap. Daily hours will be standard production hours, typically 10-12 hours during shoot days. Lunch and essential transport during shoot days will be provided.
