Art Department for Pilot

Looking for a skilled Art Coordinator for a dark comedy pilot shooting in Los Angeles. This project is a gritty, character-driven story with a quirky, off-kilter tone, and a strong visual style. We're looking for someone who can help bring a distinct, lived-in aesthetic to our world. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the Production Designer with set dressing, prop sourcing and management, tracking inventory, and ensuring art department logistics run smoothly on set. We need someone organized, resourceful, and capable of working efficiently within a tight independent production budget. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of art department experience, preferably with some coordinator or lead dressing credits. A strong eye for detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Shoot dates are approximately 5 days in late August or early September 2026. We expect 10-12 hour days. A $250 flat day rate is offered. Lunch will be provided on set.
