Assistant Editor, Feature Film

London, UK based feature film seeking an Assistant Editor for a post-production block beginning mid October 2026. This is an independent production, a dramatic thriller with psychological elements, exploring themes of memory and perception. It's a character-driven story that relies heavily on intricate editing to build suspense and emotional depth. We've just wrapped principal photography and are looking for someone to join our small, dedicated post-production team. Key responsibilities include organizing and syncing dailies, creating assembly edits, managing media, assisting the lead editor with cuts, and preparing sequences for sound and color. You'll be working closely with our lead editor and director. While previous feature film experience is a plus, we are open to all experience levels; your organizational skills and keen eye are most important. Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve is preferred.
