Post-Production for Short Film

Seeking an Editor for an independent short film, offering $2000-3000/week for approximately 3 weeks of work, starting in the first half of October 2026. This is a character-driven sci-fi drama, exploring themes of memory and alternate realities, with a visually rich, slightly melancholic tone. We've just wrapped principal photography and are looking for someone to help us craft a compelling narrative from our footage. Key responsibilities include assembling the initial cut, implementing feedback, managing dailies, and preparing for sound and color. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and pacing. Please have access to your own editing suite (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and be comfortable working independently. While experience is a plus, we're open to working with passionate emerging talent.
