Post-Production for Corporate Video

Hey everyone, James here. We're looking for a skilled editor for an upcoming corporate video project here in Austin. This isn't your typical dry corporate piece, it's a dynamic, interview-driven video focused on showcasing innovative tech solutions, so we're aiming for a polished, engaging, and professional tone with a bit of a modern edge. Think clean graphics, compelling storytelling, and a solid flow. Your main gig will be assembling interview footage, incorporating b-roll, crafting motion graphics (or guiding a graphic designer, depending on your skills), and finessing the overall pace and transitions. We're looking for someone who's comfortable working independently to tell a cohesive story. Ideally, you'll have your own editing suite, preferably with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and a good ear for pacing. Please have a portfolio or reel demonstrating your corporate or similar-style editing work, highlighting your storytelling ability and technical proficiency. We're a small production company, so a collaborative attitude is key. Shoot dates are TBD but likely in the next 4-6 weeks, with editing to follow immediately. We're expecting around 40-60 hours of work over a couple of weeks for the editing phase. Compensation is points plus deferred payment, we can chat more about that later.
