Cinematography for Web Series

Shooting in Dublin, Ireland for approximately 10-12 days during the last week of September 2026 and the first week of October 2026, our independent web series needs a dedicated Camera Assistant (1st AC or 2nd AC). This project is a character-driven sci-fi drama, exploring themes of memory and alternate realities with a grounded, atmospheric tone. We're looking for someone keen to learn and grow with a passionate team on this exciting story. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with camera setup, lens changes, focus pulling (if 1st AC), battery management, media handling, and general support for the cinematography department. You'll ensure the camera package is well-maintained and ready for each shot, working closely with the DP. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. We require someone with a basic understanding of camera equipment, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. While we have our own camera package (Sony FX6 kit), familiarity with similar cinema cameras is a plus. Please have a basic reel or examples of previous work, even student projects, demonstrating your capabilities. Personal gear is not required; we will provide all necessary camera equipment. Compensation for this role is deferred pay, common for independent productions of this scale. We anticipate 8-10 hour days.
