Director: Corporate Documentary Style

We're looking for a talented mid-career Director for an upcoming corporate video project in Toronto. This isn't your typical talking-head piece, we're aiming for a more cinematic, documentary-style approach that captures genuine employee stories and company culture. The tone will be inspiring and authentic, showcasing innovation and teamwork. You'll be responsible for concept development (working closely with our team), script refinement, overseeing the visual style, and directing talent on set. We need someone with a strong visual storytelling sensibility and the ability to elicit natural performances. You should have a solid reel demonstrating your experience with interview-based corporate or documentary content. Experience with directing non-actors is a big plus. We expect you to bring your own creative vision, though we will have a dedicated crew and all necessary production equipment provided. Shoot dates are approximately 3 days in late June or early July, 10-hour days. Looking forward to seeing your work!
