Documentary Editing Prague, CZ any Budget: Revenue share

Our independent production is looking for a talented editor to join our small team on an exciting upcoming project. We're producing a feature-length documentary exploring the vibrant underground art scene of Prague, focusing on its history, current artists, and future trajectory. It's a visually rich story with a strong narrative arc, aiming for festival submissions and potential distribution. We've gathered extensive interview footage, archival materials, and b-roll, and now need a creative mind to weave it all together. Your primary responsibility will be assembling a compelling rough cut, refining the narrative, and working closely with the director through picture lock. We're seeking someone with experience cutting documentaries, ideally with a strong sense of story and rhythm. Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro is essential, and you should have your own editing workstation. A strong reel showcasing your documentary work is a must. The editing period will be approximately 8-10 weeks, starting around October 1, 2026, with flexible hours. We're offering a partnership model with revenue share, meaning your compensation will be directly tied to the project's success. We will provide all raw footage, project notes, and a collaborative environment. Please send your resume and a link to your reel by October 19, 2026.
