Editing for Web Series

Seeking an enthusiastic entry-level editor for an independent web series, a character-driven sci-fi drama with a grounded, intimate tone. We are looking for someone to help shape the narrative and bring the story to life through compelling editing. You will be responsible for assembling raw footage, creating rough cuts, fine-tuning pacing, adding basic sound design elements, and preparing for final color and sound mix. This is a great opportunity to gain significant experience on a meaningful project. Applicants should have their own editing software (Premiere Pro preferred) and a reliable home setup. While entry-level, a strong understanding of narrative storytelling through editing is crucial. Please submit a reel demonstrating your editing capabilities, even if it's student work or personal projects. Our main filming period is scheduled for late October 2026, with editing commencing immediately after. We anticipate about 6-8 weeks of part-time work, with flexible hours around your schedule. This is a partnership opportunity, compensation will be a percentage of net revenue share once the series is distributed. We're a small, collaborative team excited to make something special.
