Editing for Web Series

Hey filmmakers, I'm looking for a talented editor to join our team for an upcoming independent web series. It's a fun sci-fi comedy, think 'Rick and Morty' meets 'Community,' with a strong focus on comedic timing and character-driven storytelling. The pilot and a few episodes are already shot, and we're looking for someone to help us bring it all together. You'd be responsible for assembling rough cuts, refining pacing, incorporating visual effects (if you have experience with basic VFX, that's a plus, but not essential), sound design, and color grading for online distribution. We're open to all experience levels, from recent film school grads with a killer reel to seasoned pros. You'll need your own editing setup (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro). Please send over your reel, especially anything that shows off your comedic editing chops or sci-fi work. We're aiming to start post-production in the next few weeks, likely a 40-hour work week, but flexible. We're a small, passionate crew and this is a paid gig, 1000-1500 USD per day, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to get a cool project under your belt and work with a fun team.
