Grip for Indie Pilot, Miami (Equity Paid)

Hey filmmakers! We're shooting an independent pilot, a gritty, character-driven drama with a surreal twist, think Black Mirror meets Moonlight. It's a really compelling story that we believe has strong festival and streaming potential. We're looking for a dedicated Grip to join our team. You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual structure, assisting with lighting setups, camera support, and ensuring a smooth, safe set. We need someone who can work efficiently, problem-solve on the fly, and has a strong understanding of set safety. We don't expect you to own a full grip truck, but familiarity with common grip equipment (stands, flags, sandbags, apple boxes, etc.) and a good work ethic are essential. Please have some experience on set, even if it's on student films or smaller projects. A reel, if you have one showing your work, would be a plus, but portfolio photos of your setups are also great. This is an equity partnership opportunity, meaning you'll own a piece of the project. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at late summer/early fall, roughly 3-4 days in Miami. Hours will be typical production days, 10-12 hours. We'll be providing meals and craft services on set. Come help us bring this vision to life!
