Entry-Level Screenwriter, Sci-Fi Web Series

Looking for a fresh voice to join our team as an entry-level screenwriter for an independent sci-fi web series. This project is a character-driven thriller set in a near-future Los Angeles, with a smart, gritty tone. We're developing a unique world with complex ethical dilemmas, so strong world-building skills are a plus. Your main responsibilities will involve collaborating on episode outlines, drafting scenes, and contributing to character development. We value creativity and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of web series writing. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your first screenwriting credit on an intriguing project. While no prior professional screenwriting credits are mandatory, we do require a writing sample (e.g., a short film script, teleplay, or even a compelling short story) that demonstrates your storytelling ability. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with our small creative team. Compensation for this role is TBD, based on experience and scope.
