Gaffer for LA Music Video Shoot

Hey everyone, Derek here, 1st AC looking for a talented Gaffer to join us on an upcoming music video. We're shooting a high-energy pop/R&B track for a rising independent artist. Think vibrant, dynamic lighting with some cool practical applications. We're aiming for a polished, cinematic look that really brings the energy. Key responsibilities include designing and executing the lighting plot, managing the lighting crew, and collaborating closely with the DP to achieve the desired aesthetic. We need someone who can work efficiently and creatively on set. You'll need to bring your own small lighting package for practicals or specialized effects. Experience as a Gaffer on at least a few music videos or commercial projects is a must. Please have a strong reel showcasing your work. We're looking at a 2-3 day shoot, likely mid-June, exact dates TBD based on crew availability. We're a small, passionate crew and this is an equity partnership opportunity, so you'd be a co-owner in the project's success. More details available upon inquiry.
