Music Video Sound Designer, Mid-Level

Hey, fellow crew! I'm a dolly grip working on an exciting independent music video project and we're on the hunt for a talented mid-level Sound Designer. This isn't just any music video; it's a visually striking piece for an up-and-coming indie artist, blending surreal dreamscapes with gritty urban realism. Think a blend of ethereal textures and impactful, stylized sound effects to elevate the narrative. It's going to be a really cool one for your reel. We need someone who can craft immersive soundscapes, handle foley, and create unique sonic elements that complement the visuals without overwhelming the music. You'll be working closely with the director to realize their vision. Must have your own sound design software and a solid understanding of post-production audio workflows. Please have a reel showcasing your previous work, especially on music videos or projects with a strong atmospheric component. Shoot dates are approximately late July/early August, with post-production following immediately after. This is a partnership opportunity, meaning equity in the project.
