Sound Design for Music Video

Hey there, fellow creatives! I'm a Production Designer working on an independent music video project here in Los Angeles, and I'm looking for a talented Sound Designer to join our team. This will be for a really exciting, alt-pop track, aiming for a dreamy, slightly ethereal, yet impactful soundscape to complement the visuals. We're looking for someone who can craft unique effects, enhance the musicality, and really elevate the overall feel of the piece. Your responsibilities will primarily involve creating and implementing all sound effects, ambient textures, and foley, as well as a final mix for the music video. You'll work closely with the director and myself to bring our vision to life. You should have your own sound design workstation and software, and ideally a diverse sound library. Experience level can be anything, from up-and-coming to seasoned pro, as long as you have a strong reel that demonstrates your ear for creative sound. We're aiming for shoot dates sometime in late July or early August, so the post-production timeline will follow that. We're offering a daily rate of $500-800, depending on experience.
