Sound Design for Pilot

Hey everyone, Ben Castillo here. I'm a Stunt Coordinator working on an exciting new sci-fi pilot, and we're looking for a talented mid-level Sound Designer to join our team. This independent production has some really unique world-building and a gritty, action-packed tone, so we need someone who can bring a lot of creative energy to the auditory landscape. You'll be responsible for creating the full soundscape, from effects and foley to atmospheric design, working closely with post-production to bring our vision to life. We're looking for someone with a solid portfolio, ideally with experience in sci-fi or action projects. You should have your own professional-grade sound design software and be proficient in industry-standard DAWs. We can provide some sound libraries, but your own collection is a huge plus. This is a partnership opportunity, meaning revenue share as the project progresses. Post-production will be flexible, largely remote, but with some in-person sessions in Los Angeles, CA. Dates are TBD but we're aiming to begin post-production this fall. Please send your reel and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
