Sound Design for Web Series

Hey everyone, Callum here. We're looking for a talented Sound Designer for an upcoming web series shot in and around Manchester. It's a dark comedy, quite character-driven, with some really unique visual elements we want the sound to complement and elevate, adding that extra layer of atmosphere and humor. Think dry wit meets slightly unsettling situations. We need someone who can truly bring our world to life sonically. You'll be responsible for all post-production sound, including dialogue editing, foley, effects, and mixing for final delivery. We're looking for someone with a solid portfolio in web series or short film, ideally with experience tailoring sound to comedic timing and a distinctive visual style. Please have your own sound design software and a good library of sounds, though we'll provide any custom recordings needed. The shoot dates are largely flexible, around 4-6 weeks total, with the bulk of the sound design work kicking off in late July.
