PD for Atlanta Doc, Any Experience

Atlanta, GA, March 18-29, small independent documentary production needs a Production Designer. We're telling the compelling story of a local community activist, blending vérité with stylized interviews and some light historical recreations. It's a gritty, authentic look at grassroots organizing, with moments of real beauty and emotional impact. We're looking for someone to help define the visual world, from scouting and dressing interview locations to sourcing props for recreations. You'll be responsible for creating mood boards, managing set decoration, and collaborating closely with the director and DP to bring the vision to life. No specific gear required, but an understanding of lighting and set practicals is a plus. We're open to all experience levels, from recent grads to seasoned pros, as long as you have a strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your design aesthetic and problem-solving skills. Shoot dates are approximate and may shift slightly. Expect 10-hour days, 5 days a week. We'll provide craft services, lunch, and any necessary production supplies. Let's make something impactful.
