Production Design for Web Series

Our upcoming dark comedy web series, a quirky take on suburban ennui with a surreal twist, needs a talented Production Designer. We're looking for someone who can craft unique, character-driven environments that blend the mundane with the magically absurd. You'll be responsible for developing the overall visual aesthetic, sourcing and creating props, set dressing, and ensuring continuity across our diverse locations. We're a small, independent production, so a hands-on approach and creative problem-solving skills are a must. Experience working on independent productions or web series is preferred, and a strong portfolio demonstrating your design sensibility is essential. We don't have a large budget for set construction, so resourcefulness and a good eye for found objects or DIY solutions will be highly valued. We anticipate shooting for approximately 10-12 days over a few weeks in late August or early September 2026, with flexible prep days leading up to principal photography. We can provide some assistance with transportation for larger items and a small budget for materials. This is a deferred compensation role (backend percentage), ideal for someone looking to build their reel and contribute to a genuinely exciting project.
