Production Design for Music Video

Seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level Production Designer for an upcoming independent music video project. We're looking for someone with a fresh eye to help bring a vibrant, slightly surreal pop aesthetic to life. The video features a rising indie pop artist and will involve creating several distinct, colorful sets and props that enhance the song's dreamy, upbeat vibe. You'll be responsible for concept development, sourcing, set dressing, and working closely with the director and DP to execute the visual style. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, has a good eye for design, and can work within a budget to create impactful visuals. While this is an entry-level position, a strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your design sensibility is a must, even if it's from student or personal projects. No specific gear is required; we'll handle the larger rentals. Shoot dates are tentatively set for the first two weeks of July, approximately 10-12 hour days. We'll provide all necessary materials for set build and dressing, as well as a dedicated art department budget. This is a great opportunity to gain significant experience on a creative, fast-paced set.
