Production Design for Commercial

Our upcoming commercial, a high-energy lifestyle spot for a fitness brand, needs a Senior Production Designer to bring a vibrant, contemporary aesthetic to life. We're looking for someone who can craft dynamic and engaging environments that elevate the product and capture the audience's attention. This independent production requires a designer with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently within a commercial timeline. You will be responsible for conceptualizing sets, overseeing props and dressing, and ensuring all visual elements align with the brand's identity and our creative vision. This includes working closely with the director and art department team from concept to wrap. We need a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of commercial production design experience, demonstrated through a strong portfolio or reel. Experience working in Albuquerque and familiarity with local resources is a plus. Your own basic design tools are expected, but a budget for materials and specific set pieces will be provided. Prep work will likely begin around September 22, 2026, leading into a 3-day shoot around October 2, 2026. This is a paid position, offering $150-300 per day, depending on experience. Hours will be typical production days, approximately 10-12 hours. We'll provide craft services, lunch, and transportation to and from set within the Albuquerque area.
