Production for Feature Film

We're gearing up for an independent dramatic feature, a nuanced character study set in contemporary London. It's a poignant script with a tight schedule and we need a seasoned professional to keep our ship sailing smoothly. We're looking for a Unit Production Manager (UPM) to join our team. As UPM, you'll be instrumental in overseeing all production logistics, managing the budget day-to-day, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring we hit our milestones. You'll be the backbone of our on-set operations, problem-solving and maintaining clear communication across the board. We need someone with extensive UPM experience on at least two feature films, a strong grasp of UK film regulations, and proven ability to manage complex schedules and budgets. Please provide a detailed CV outlining your UPM credits. While we're a small production company, we're dedicated to delivering a high-quality film, so your organizational skills will be key. Shoot dates are approximately 6 weeks, beginning late Q3/early Q4. Working hours will be standard 10-12 hour days. We'll be providing all necessary production software and a dedicated production office space. This is a paid position, offering between $100 and $200 per day, depending on experience.
