Production for Music Video

Los Angeles, CA shoot, a 1-2 day commitment in late September 2026. We're seeking a skilled Camera Operator for an indie music video. This project features a vibrant, energetic pop artist and needs someone with a keen eye for dynamic, engaging visuals. We're aiming for a polished, professional look with a strong narrative element, so creativity and technical proficiency are key. This is an entry-level opportunity to build your reel on a visually ambitious project. Responsibilities include operating the main camera, collaborating closely with the DP on shot composition and movement, and ensuring all footage meets technical specifications. You'll need to bring your own camera package (e.g., Blackmagic Pocket 6K or similar) and essential accessories like lenses, tripod, and monitoring solutions. A basic lighting kit would be a huge plus, but not strictly required. Please have a strong reel showcasing your camera operation skills. This is a deferred pay gig, common for independent productions, with a small flat rate provided for gear use. Meals and craft services will be provided on set.
