Screenwriting for Web Series

Seeking a talented Staff Writer to join our team for an exciting new sci-fi web series. This independent production has a dark, comedic tone think \"Rick and Morty\" meets \"Black Mirror.\" We're building out a compelling universe with rich characters and need someone to help develop episodic outlines, craft sharp dialogue, and contribute to overall story arcs. Key responsibilities include generating script ideas, collaborating closely with the director on story beats, and delivering polished script drafts within deadlines. You should have mid-level experience in screenwriting, ideally with some web series or short film credits. A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write engaging genre content is a must. Compensation is structured as points on the backend plus deferred payment, reflecting our commitment to sharing in the project's success. We're looking for someone based in Atlanta, primarily for virtual collaboration with some in-person brainstorms as needed.
