Senior Corporate Video Editor (Partnership)

Seeking an experienced Senior Editor for an upcoming corporate video project. This isn't your typical corporate gig, we're aiming for a dynamic, engaging piece that highlights a local non-profit's community impact, focusing on their inspiring stories with a documentary-style feel. We'll be blending polished interviews with compelling B-roll, so a keen eye for storytelling and flow is crucial. This is a partnership opportunity, offering a revenue share from the final client payment. We're planning for a 1-2 day shoot around mid-September 2026, with editing to commence immediately after. Your key responsibilities will include ingesting footage, assembling initial cuts, managing revisions based on feedback, and handling sound design, color grading, and final delivery of multiple versions (social media edits, long-form, etc.). We'll be shooting on a Red Komodo, so familiarity with R3D workflow is a big plus. You must have your own professional editing workstation (Premiere Pro preferred), with sufficient storage and backup solutions. A strong reel showcasing your corporate, documentary, or narrative editing work is essential. We expect about 3 weeks of work spread across late September and early October 2026. Deliverables include a 3-5 minute main video and several shorter social media cutdowns. We're an independent production, providing all raw footage and project assets.
