Sound Design for Web Series

Looking for a Sound Designer for an upcoming web series shooting in Toronto, ON, with principal photography wrapping up in September 2026. This independent production is a dark comedy, kind of a dry, quirky tone with some surreal elements, think early Coen Brothers meets Tim & Eric. We’re telling a story about a group of eccentric neighbors and their increasingly bizarre community watch efforts. We need someone who can really bring out the humor and tension through sound. Your main responsibilities will include sound effects design, foley work, dialogue editing, and mixing. We're looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in sound design for narrative projects. You'll need to have your own sound editing software and equipment (plugins, sound libraries). Please share your reel or relevant work samples when you reach out. We’re aiming for about 3 weeks of work, potentially spread out, mostly remote, but with some in-person sessions for final mix reviews in Toronto. Compensation is $150-300 per day, depending on experience. We'll provide all picture locked exports and any recorded production sound files.
