VFX for Commercial

Hey LA VFX folks, Ben Castillo here. I'm a Stunt Coordinator working on an independent commercial project and we need a talented mid-level VFX Artist to join our team. We're shooting an action-heavy commercial, think high-octane, visually dynamic, with some impressive practical stunt work that needs a touch of digital magic to really shine. This isn't your typical product shot commercial; we're pushing boundaries with practical effects enhanced by digital. Your primary responsibilities will include effects integration, wire removal, rig removal, and some cleanup work to elevate our action sequences. We need someone who can work efficiently, collaboratively, and has a keen eye for realism. You'll need to have your own workstation and relevant software licenses (Nuke, After Effects, etc.). Please have a strong demo reel showcasing your effects and compositing work, especially on action sequences if possible. Our shoot dates are approximate, targeting late April/early May for about a week of principal photography, with additional post-production hours to be determined. We're a lean crew but dedicated, and we're offering backend percentage compensation for this project.
