VFX for Music Video

Seeking an experienced VFX Artist for an independent music video project, about 3 weeks of work starting late October 2026, paying $2000-3000/week, based in Brooklyn. We're crafting a visually driven narrative for a rising indie pop artist, blending ethereal, dreamlike sequences with grounded performance shots. This project offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to its aesthetic, shaping key visual moments that define the video's tone. Your primary responsibilities will include creating stylized visual effects, seamless compositing, rotoscoping, and track removal, ensuring a polished, high-end look. We'll be working with 4K footage, so familiarity with that workflow is a plus. Candidates should have a strong reel showcasing their VFX capabilities, particularly in creative compositing and motion graphics elements, and be proficient with industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Nuke, Cinema 4D). Please outline your gear and software setup. This is an entry-level position but requires a solid grasp of fundamental VFX principles and a keen eye for detail.
