Color Grading for Feature Film

Hey everyone, we're looking for a seasoned Colorist for an upcoming independent feature film. It's a psychological drama, pretty intense and visually driven, with a lot of atmosphere. We're aiming for a dark, moody aesthetic, so someone who really understands how color can enhance storytelling is key. You'll be responsible for all color grading tasks, from dailies to final master, collaborating closely with the Director and DP to dial in the look. We specifically need someone with a strong portfolio showcasing previous feature film work and experience with industry-standard grading software (DaVinci Resolve preferred) and a good eye for consistency across various deliverables. You should have your own grading suite, or access to one, that can handle feature film workflows. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at late summer/early fall. This is a paid position, $100-200/day, depending on experience. We're a small, dedicated team and while we can't offer a huge studio budget, we're working on a project we genuinely believe in.
