1st AC, Commercial Shoot

Hey all, I'm Dale, an Electrician on an upcoming commercial shoot for an independent production company. We're looking for a skilled 1st Assistant Camera to join our team for a fast-paced, high-energy commercial. It's a really visually driven concept, focusing on quick cuts and dynamic camera movement, so we need someone who's super sharp with focus pulling and can keep up. We're shooting a product launch video, so the tone is sleek and modern. Responsibilities will include maintaining focus, managing camera equipment, and assisting our DP with lens changes and camera setup. You'll be working closely with a small, collaborative crew. Ideally, you'll have your own follow focus system and essential camera support tools, though we'll have camera packages provided. A strong reel showcasing your focus pulling skills on commercial or narrative projects is a must. We're looking for someone with a good attitude and solid on-set experience, even if it's not extensive, we're open to seeing talent from all levels. Shoot dates are TBD but looking at mid-June, likely 2-3 full days. We'll provide craft services and meals. This is a deferred compensation gig, points plus deferred payment after the project is funded. Excited to hear from you.
