Art Coordinator, Indie Feature (Deferred)

Looking for an Art Coordinator for an independent feature film shooting in Los Angeles. This is an intimate, character-driven drama with elements of magical realism. We're building a unique visual world for our story, and the art department is central to realizing that vision. You'll be assisting the Production Designer with set dressing, prop management, research, and general departmental organization. We need someone who is a great communicator, highly organized, and can anticipate needs. You should have experience working on at least 2-3 feature films or similar long-form projects in an art department capacity. Must have your own reliable transportation and basic toolkit. While we won't be providing specific gear beyond set dressing, a good understanding of art department practices is essential. Please send your resume and a link to your reel or portfolio. This is a deferred payment opportunity, compensated with a backend percentage. Shoot dates are approximately 5 weeks, starting Mid-September, with some prep prior. Long days are expected, as with most indie features. Meals and craft services will be provided on set.
