Art Department for Music Video

Hey Atlanta! I'm a wardrobe stylist on an upcoming indie music video project and we're looking for a talented Art Coordinator to join our team. This is a high-energy pop/R&B video with some really fun set pieces and a vibrant aesthetic we're excited to bring to life. We're aiming for something visually striking and memorable, so we need someone who can hit the ground running. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the Art Director with set dressing, prop sourcing, and general art department logistics. You'll be helping to execute the creative vision, keeping things organized, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. We’re especially looking for someone with an eye for detail and problem-solving skills. We need someone with at least 2-3 years of art department experience, ideally on music videos or similar fast-paced productions. While we’ll have a budget for materials, knowing where to find cool props or furniture on a dime is a huge plus. Please have a portfolio or reel that showcases your previous art department work. Our shoot dates are tentatively set for late October in Atlanta, with a few prep days leading up to it. Hours will be long but rewarding. Compensation is TBD based on experience.
