1st AC, Feature Film, Atlanta

Seeking an experienced 1st AC for an independent feature film shooting in Atlanta, GA. This is for around three weeks of work, TBD compensation. Our upcoming project is a gritty, character-driven crime drama with a psychological edge, aiming for a grounded, naturalistic look. We plan to shoot around October 15, 2026. The 1st AC will be responsible for pulling focus, maintaining camera equipment, managing lenses, and supporting the DP and camera team. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of various camera systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure on a fast-paced set. Candidates should have at least 3-5 feature film credits as a 1st AC and possess their own basic kit, including essential tools, matte box, and follow focus.
