Cinematography for Web Series

In a post-apocalyptic Southwest, a lone survivor seeks a mythical data cache that could restart civilization. We're an independent production seeking a skilled and enthusiastic 1st AC (Camera Assistant) for an upcoming sci-fi web series, shooting in Albuquerque, NM. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone eager to gain significant set experience on a dynamic project. You'll be responsible for maintaining camera equipment, pulling focus, managing media, and assisting the DP on set. We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and with a strong understanding of camera operations. Familiarity with cinema cameras (e.g., Blackmagic, Red, Arri) and their accessories is a plus, but a solid work ethic and willingness to learn are most important. Please have a portfolio or reel demonstrating your work, even if it's from student projects or shorts. We're planning for approximately 1-2 days of prep and 3-4 days of principal photography during late September 2026. Hours will be standard 10-12 hour days. Camera and lighting packages will be provided.
