Editor, Corporate Training Video (Remote OK)

Hey everyone, Raj here. I'm a focus puller helping out with an upcoming corporate training video project and we're looking for an editor to join the team. This isn't your typical dry corporate fare, it's actually got a really engaging, almost documentary-style approach focusing on employee wellness, so we're aiming for something educational but also genuinely inspiring. Think more short film, less PowerPoint. We've got a lot of great interview footage and some b-roll ready to go. Your main responsibilities will be assembling rough cuts, refining edits based on feedback, organizing project files, and integrating graphics and sound design we'll provide. We need someone who's comfortable working independently and can help shape the narrative flow. We're open to any experience level, as long as you have a good eye for storytelling and a solid reel showcasing your editing style. If you have your own editing software and workstation (Premiere Pro preferred), that's a plus, but we can potentially provide a remote editing solution if needed. The shoot dates are mostly wrapped, so we're looking to start post-production in the next few weeks. This is an independent production, so compensation will be a backend percentage, discussed individually. We're aiming for a delivery in a couple of months.
