Gaffer (or Lighting TD) for Web Series, NY

Hey filmmakers, I'm Natalie, a Location Manager working on an independent web series, and we're looking for a talented Gaffer or Lighting Technician to join our crew in New York City. This is a comedic, character-driven series with some surreal elements, so we're looking for someone creative who can help us achieve a distinct visual style. You'll be responsible for executing the lighting design, managing our lighting equipment, and working closely with the DP to bring their vision to life. We're open to all experience levels; your reel and enthusiasm are what matter most. Please have your own basic lighting kit (C-stands, flags, diffusers, etc are a plus). We can provide additional specialized gear. Tentative shoot dates are late August/early September, 10-12 hour days. Rate is $200-400/day depending on experience and gear.
