Gaffer (Mid) for Corporate Series - LA

We're looking for a skilled Gaffer to join our team for an upcoming corporate video series in Los Angeles. This series will feature executive interviews and B-roll, focusing on an innovative tech product. The tone is professional but engaging, aiming for a clean, modern aesthetic. As Gaffer, you'll be responsible for lighting design and execution, working closely with the DP to achieve the desired look. Your duties will include setting up and striking lighting equipment, managing power distribution, and ensuring crew and set safety. We need someone who can lead a small lighting team efficiently and creatively. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of gaffing experience on corporate or commercial sets. You'll need to provide your own basic toolkit, but all major lighting packages will be provided by the production. A strong reel showcasing your work on similar projects is a must. Shoot dates are approximate and will be scheduled over several weeks in late July, early August, primarily weekdays with typical 10-hour days.
