Art Coordinator, Web Series (Senior)

Portland, OR based independent web series, shooting around October 20, 2026 for approximately 3-4 weeks, is seeking a senior Art Coordinator. This is an exciting, character-driven dark comedy with supernatural elements, focusing on a group of millennials trying to launch a startup while battling escalating paranormal occurrences. We are building a unique visual world and need an experienced hand to keep our art department running smoothly. The production designer is in place, and we need someone to manage the logistics and execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating prop acquisition, managing set dressing, tracking budgets within the art department, overseeing art department PAs, and ensuring all aesthetic elements align with the production designer's vision. You will be instrumental in scheduling deliveries, returns, and maintaining inventory. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in art department coordination on independent films, web series, or commercials. You should have a strong understanding of art department workflows and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Experience managing a small team is a plus.
