Color Grading for Commercial

Seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Colorist for an independent commercial project, promoting a unique, handcrafted product. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for visual storytelling, keen to shape the final look of our piece. The tone is clean, modern, and aspirational, and we want the grade to reflect that high-end aesthetic while maintaining a natural feel. Your primary responsibility will be to perform color correction and grading on all footage, working closely with the director to achieve the desired visual style. You'll need to deliver final graded files suitable for web and broadcast. We anticipate about 3-4 days of work, flexible within October 2026. Ideally, you’ll have access to your own grading software (DaVinci Resolve preferred) and a properly calibrated monitor. A strong reel or portfolio showcasing your color work, even on personal projects, is essential. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a live commercial project. Compensation is on a partnership (revenue share) basis, reflecting our independent production status. London-based is a plus, but remote work is perfectly fine.
