Directing for Corporate Video

We need a Director to help bring a dynamic corporate brand story to life, focusing on innovation and community impact. This project is for an independent production company, delivering a high-energy, engaging piece for a tech-focused client. The tone is modern and inspirational, showcasing real employees and their contributions. Key responsibilities include leading the creative vision, collaborating closely with the producer, guiding the crew, and ensuring performances are authentic. We are looking for someone with a strong visual storytelling sense and a knack for eliciting natural performances. Please have a portfolio or reel demonstrating your directing work, especially corporate or brand content. Gear is not required, as camera, lighting, and sound packages will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for any experience level to gain experience in a professional setting. We anticipate a 1-2 day shoot in Miami during September 2026, preceded by about 3 weeks of remote prep work. Compensation is backend percentage, a standard arrangement for many independent projects, offering a share in the project's success.
