Directing for Corporate Video

We're producing a series of short, engaging corporate videos for a tech startup, focused on showcasing their innovative new software with a modern, dynamic style. These aren't your typical dry corporate films; we're aiming for something visually compelling and story-driven to genuinely connect with a B2B audience. We're seeking a senior Director who can translate complex concepts into clear, captivating visual narratives. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with the client and our small production team (including myself, the on-set Graphic Designer), developing creative treatments, directing on-set talent and crew, and overseeing the visual execution from pre-production through final delivery. You'll need a strong reel demonstrating your expertise in corporate or commercial directing, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and excellent communication skills. Experience working with tech clients is a plus. We anticipate a 3-4 day shoot in early September 2026, with 1-2 weeks of pre-production planning prior. This is a co-producer partnership opportunity, offering a co-producer credit and backend participation. Specific gear requirements will be discussed, but a solid understanding of current camera and lighting technologies is expected. We will provide full production support including crew, location scouting, and catering.
